Hi, friends if you follow me on Instagram I posted these easy-to-make and delicious smoothies to my reels. These 4 smoothies are packed with your daily breakfast essentials to keep you full and help jump-start your mornings without the hassle of actually cooking. 

These recipes are tweakable so you don't need to stick to the script make it fun and let it inspire you to get more out of your mornings. Moms let the kiddos gather the ingredients for you and even they can join in on enjoying them. 

Tip-Save over-ripened fruits. Place them into ziplock bags and store them for chilled smoothies.
